1. Introduction

Welcome to Pentone Creative! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our design services.

2. Scope of Services

We offer a range of graphic and website design services, including but not limited to brochures, logos, catalogs, signage, brand guides, flyers, feature sheets, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and illustrations.

3. Project Agreement

Prior to commencement, a detailed project agreement will be provided outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. Both parties must agree to and sign this document for the project to proceed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment details, including project fees, milestones, and any additional costs, will be clearly outlined in the project agreement. Payments are due as per the agreed-upon schedule.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the final design. Until full payment is received, Pentone Creative retains ownership of the designs.

6. Revisions and Edits

A specified number of revisions will be included in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur additional charges.

7. Confidentiality

All client information and project details will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Pentone Creative will not disclose any information without the client’s explicit consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice if the terms of the project agreement are not met. Termination terms and fees will be outlined in the project agreement.

9. Liability

Pentone Creative will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Pentone Creative reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
